NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Loan Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years of experience processing high-net-worth (USD 1M+) mortgage loans
• Strong customer service skills; articulate and well-spoken
• Experience managing a pipeline of 40-50 loans simultaneously
• Understanding of TRID regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint
• High school diploma or GED
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Obtain and verify third-party loan documentation, including processing less complex applications
• Order third-party services as needed
• Ensure loan files and supporting documents are accurate and complete
• Follow up on missing documentation to meet deadlines
• Prepare and review disclosures for accuracy
• Perform basic loan calculations when required
• Demonstrate quality compliance in internal audits
• Interact with mortgage consultants and third-party vendors to facilitate processes
