NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Low Level Virtualization Architect – VCF LL to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $85 – $110/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or infrastructure, including blade chassis, servers, hypervisors, storage, storage fabrics, and backup solutions
- 5+ years of enterprise experience with VMware and related products
- Strong understanding of virtualization and software-defined data center technologies
- Certification in VCIX, VCAP, VCP, VCDX, CCIE, or VMCE
- Experience with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStack
- Consultative approach with extensive stakeholder engagement, including executives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement VMware solutions, including VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware Aria, and vSAN
- Lead architecture analysis, system migrations, and engineering efforts
- Develop automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStack
- Proficiency in PowerShell, PowerCLI, and JavaScript for scripting and automation
- Oversee configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting within customer environments
- Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert, guiding project teams and mentoring other engineers
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
