NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a contract, hybrid position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in financial services, ideally in retirement planning or related fields, OR recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and some professional experience.
- Ability to quickly learn industry basics if recently graduated.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy (qualifying alpha-numeric data entry assessment score of at least 5500 KPH with 85% accuracy).
- Proven reliability with minimal attendance or tardiness issues; references should confirm this.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to email inquiries regarding issues.
- Process forms and perform basic transactions like rollovers and internal transfers.
- Diagnose issues accurately and offer client-driven solutions meeting IRS and regulatory standards.
- Interpret rules and regulations using retirement plan knowledge.
- Conduct audits of account activity to ensure compliance.
- Review client requests for corrections and advise on proper resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules via ongoing training and resources.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Review daily productivity reports to track personal performance.
