NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Revenue Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience identifying revenue leakage, billing variances, missed billings, and pricing discrepancies
- Ability to interpret client contracts, pricing schedules, fee exhibits, and amendments
- Strong reconciliation and investigative skills, tracing issues from source data through invoicing
- Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis
- Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QLIK)
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Capable of reviewing extensive financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to analyze revenue, billing, and contract-related data effectively
- Proven experience in revenue assurance, audit, or financial analysis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, manage, and implement quality standards and controls for billing and revenue processes
- Document quality control procedures to safeguard data integrity
- Report operational gaps and data quality issues to management
- Partner with accounting on revenue recognition and procedural updates
- Review annual price increases to ensure correct client billing
- Support audits by providing contracts, schedules, invoices, and other relevant data
- Audit client pricing monthly to ensure billing accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and support strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis related to client, product, and revenue metrics
- Assist billing team with monthly trend analysis at the client and bill code level
- Prepare ad hoc reports and perform data investigations as requested
