NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client’s team in Clearwater, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90,000 – $135,000 (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software development teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent Agile certification
• Knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and iterative methodologies
• Skilled in facilitating meetings, coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and influencing without authority
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile principles and best practices
• Support backlog refinement, user story creation, prioritization, and sprint readiness in partnership with Product Owners
• Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to team productivity and delivery
• Promote a transparent, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time to improve team performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, improve alignment, and communicate project status and risks
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through effective retrospectives and process enhancements
• Maintain Agile artifacts, dashboards, and reports within project management tools
• Drive adherence to Agile best practices and recommend process improvements
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
