NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Customs Entry Writer to join our client’s team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This is an Onsite, Contract to Hire position.
SALARY: $32-$36/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of customs brokerage entry writing experience
• Extensive hands-on FTZ experience (admissions, withdrawals, weekly entries)
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, valuation, and trade compliance
• Experience preparing and filing import/export entries in ACE environments
• Ability to independently manage high-volume entries with accuracy and compliance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and submit import/export customs entries accurately and on time
• Manage FTZ admissions, withdrawals, weekly entries, and compliance reporting
• Classify products, determine duties, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as the FTZ subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
• Support audits, recordkeeping, and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, government agencies, and customers to resolve clearance issues
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively address compliance risks
• Identify duty savings opportunities and suggest process improvements
