NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Sourcing Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $55-$65 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred
• Experience building strategies, managing categories, and implementing procurement best practices (RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiations, contracting, supplier evaluation)
• Vendor management experience, including developing strategic partnerships and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of financial markets, relevant products, and applicable regulations
• Familiarity with AI-powered procurement technologies, automation tools, and analytics platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage procurement strategies to enhance maturity and performance
• Benchmark current processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish supplier performance management and risk mitigation plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and contracting activities to secure optimal terms
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, contracting, and operational workflows
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to senior management and diverse teams
• Monitor and improve supplier performance and compliance
• Identify training needs and develop team capabilities as needed
