NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong background in hospitality, workplace experience, event coordination, or a service-focused role
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, “white-glove” service mindset
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve quickly, and respond professionally and with care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a warm, approachable, and polished demeanor
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality experiences
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Anticipate and address the needs of executives, colleagues, clients, and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment
- Communicate professionally across all channels with tact and clarity
- Ensure accuracy and organization in scheduling, documentation, and meeting/event preparation
- Manage competing priorities and unexpected challenges with discretion and focus
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue sourcing, scheduling, setup, teardown, and AV logistics
- Oversee catering, hospitality services, and vendor management, ensuring dietary and service requirements are met
- Support mail operations, shipping, and office supply management
- Administer office supply systems and respond to ordering inquiries
- Provide backup operational support for facilities, security, and onsite duties
- Assist with administrative projects, process improvements, and compliance tasks
- May work occasional after-hours and perform minimal travel as required
