What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and extend data pipelines and integrations across software platforms.
- Scope, create, and implement technical use cases, workflows, and applications.
- Partner with technical teams and end users to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Develop custom applications and solutions that address critical technical and operational needs.
- Support demonstrations, pilots, bootcamps, internal tooling, and enablement initiatives.
- Lead or support training efforts and promote adoption of the workflows and applications you build.
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with Postgres, Cassandra, Hadoop, or Spark.
- Experience with Java, Groovy, TypeScript, React, Leaflet, d3, or Python.
- Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
- Experience building data pipelines, integrations, workflows, or custom applications.
- Familiarity with software platforms and applications used to support complex data initiatives.
