What You’ll Do
- Lead modernization efforts for internal applications and develop current- and future-state architecture models.
- Design and document logical, physical, and process views across technology, application, information, and infrastructure domains.
- Collaborate with project teams, technology stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate solutions and maintain architecture documentation.
- Provide technical recommendations for projects, technology roadmaps, and Financial Systems Technology solutions.
- Research emerging technologies and communicate findings through clear presentations and written guidance.
- Establish and communicate technology design standards, best practices, and processes.
- Coach and mentor developers while promoting knowledge sharing and effective solution delivery.
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple enterprise architecture domains.
- 5+ years of experience with programming languages and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, HTML, CSS, JSON/REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, and Shell.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementations across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models.
- Experience designing cloud-based applications in Azure.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS or multiple cloud vendors, including Azure or GCP.
- Experience in financial services.
- Experience with artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Relevant cloud, architecture, cybersecurity, or IT service management certifications.

You’ll join a seven-person technology team at a leading facility in Tampa, Florida, supporting a range of internal applications and modernization initiatives. This role is primarily focused on solution architecture and strategic design rather than hands-on development, while providing guidance and mentorship to developers.
