NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Global Program Manager to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $150,000 – $160,000 base (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of mature customer-facing experience in Program Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation
- Enterprise customer ownership, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating, and managing difficult customers
- Implementation and adoption experience, owning outcomes beyond managing project plans
- Analytical skills with comfort in Excel, finance, treasury, or tax data
- Independence, resilience, resourcefulness, and organizational skills to operate in ambiguity
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own enterprise programs end-to-end, including implementation, rollout, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Manage 8–12 programs or accounts with strong organization, KPIs, and attention to detail
- Lead client relationships across Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and executives
- Drive program adoption, optimization, and growth by identifying opportunities and enhancing performance
- Act as a strategic advisor, navigating ambiguity, resolving issues, and coordinating internal teams
- Monitor program KPIs, develop plans for continual improvement, and ensure measurable client outcomes
- Manage program data and track critical metrics in CRM and project management tools
- Influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and program improvements
