NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Operations & Client Service Associate to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75K – 90K depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent client service associate experience with a Financial Advisor, RIA, or broker-dealer
- Tech-savvy with experience supporting financial planning platforms like MoneyGuidePro
- Ability to generate reports using multiple industry-specific platforms
- SIE certification; preference for Series 65
- Proficiency with Excel for data organization and manipulation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and confidentiality skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client communication, account paperwork, transfers, distributions, deposits, and account openings
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients via phone, in person, and virtually
- Support the firm’s financial planning platform, including data entry, plan updates, and report preparation
- Assist with technology projects such as website updates, process improvements, and data organization
- Help clients navigate online platforms and digital tools
- Maintain accurate records and documents for compliance purposes
- Contribute to various office and operational projects as needed
