NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote direct hire position.
SALARY: $140,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and configuration
- 8+ years of experience leading project teams and managing complex IT projects
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with clients; create detailed project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Provide regular updates, identify risks, and resolve issues
- Implement Agile and Scrum practices to improve project efficiency
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate change management processes for smooth transition and adoption
- Ensure solutions align with ITSM best practices and ServiceNow platform capabilities
