NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $50-$53/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience as a project manager, scrum master, and product owner with a specialization in business analysis
• Solid understanding and skills with Microsoft Project Plan
• Experience organizing and executing organizational readiness and training programs
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, capable of leading agile teams through ceremonies
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and skilled at gathering business requirements from customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead highly complex projects, managing project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure timely completion
• Meet with stakeholders to review project requirements, plans, testing, support, training, and timelines
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or other methodologies as needed
• Coordinate integration efforts, including project scope, work breakdown structure, and change control
• Monitor project progress, scope, budget, and schedule; manage risks, issues, and changes
• Ensure project quality through planning, assurance, and control processes
• Assemble and develop project teams, allocating resources effectively
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about project status, risks, and resolutions
• Track and report project performance, risks, issues, and lessons learned
• Resolve project issues and delays; oversee project documentation, including status reports and project artifacts
• Lead projects with multiple project management staff, providing guidance and oversight
