NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an Onsite , Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $130,000-$165,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Technical Program Management, Sales Engineering, or similar cross-functional roles
• Proven ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Strong customer-facing experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical execution
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence; polished, articulate, and comfortable presenting to senior leaders and customers
• Experience with physical products, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial design, architecture, hospitality, furniture, themed entertainment, OEM products, or custom production environments
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the customer vision by gathering requirements and ensuring clear understanding of what needs to be built
• Drive alignment across Sales, Engineering, Design, Production, QA, and Leadership toward common goals
• Translate customer input into practical, executable solutions for manufacturing teams
• Guide tradeoff decisions, evaluate quality, product scope, and value
• Develop scalable processes and standards based on lessons learned from custom projects
• Lead cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned as requirements evolve
• Assess product readiness before shipment and escalate concerns proactively
• Turn custom project learnings into standardized workflows and repeatable product offerings
