NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer – ERP Customizations & Integration to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $65-70hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of ERP development experience
• ERP customization expertise
• ERP integration experience
• Client-facing consulting skills
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or SQL
• Experience with APIs and ETL tools
• Database management knowledge
• ERP architecture understanding
• Business requirements analysis skills
• Solution design capabilities
• Troubleshooting complex ERP systems
• Bachelor’s Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and develop ERP customizations and modules
• Build ERP system integrations and define data flow architectures
• Develop workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance ERP functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues
• Conduct system testing and debugging
• Lead technical requirements workshops and gather client needs
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementations and upgrades
• Support ERP upgrades and migrations
• Estimate project scope, timelines, and efforts
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Ensure system security and compliance
• Optimize ERP performance and research emerging technologies
• Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement
