NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Solutions Engineer – ERP Customization & Integration to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $48-50hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years ERP development experience
• ERP customization and integration skills
• Proficient in SQL, C#
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Skilled in SSRS and data migration
• ERP troubleshooting capability
• Business requirements gathering skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop custom ERP modules and integrations
• Build reports, scripts, and automated workflows
• Support data migration activities
• Troubleshoot ERP issues impacting system functionality
• Perform testing and validate system changes
• Maintain ERP data integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
• Lead small discovery sessions
• Support ERP upgrades and deployments
• Estimate development tasks and project timelines
• Identify project risks and dependencies
• Maintain technical documentation and change logs
• Follow data governance and security standards
• Research and recommend ERP enhancements
• Support junior developers and onboarding documentation
• Participate in cross-functional meetings
