NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $100,00- $140,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Metrics-driven manager
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week when needed
- Ability to provide individual training
- Strong group motivator with a professional yet approachable demeanor
- Experience managing up to 30 sales reps (flexible on this)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and motivate a team within a blue-collar environment
- Provide individual training sessions to staff
- Foster a high-energy, uplifting office atmosphere
- Drive growth initiatives to help the company reach $100 million in revenue
- Manage daily operations and ensure performance targets are met
