NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a Remote (Local to client) Contract to Hire position.
SALARY: $68,000 – $77,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in .NET framework, C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, Razor, Ajax
• 5+ years of SQL Server database design and optimization of stored procedures
• Extensive experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of development experience
• Soft skills: collaborative communicator, team player, patient with limited processes, good work/life balance mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and enhance web-based applications, reporting, and services
• Design database tables and write SQL stored procedures for new and existing tools
• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain applications
• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders
• Provide technical scope, size, and effort estimates for new development
• Lead small to medium development projects and guide other developers
• Automate processes using RPA and integrate AI capabilities, such as OCR
• Work on projects involving volunteer applications and financial optimization
• Ensure successful project tracking, testing, and deployment
