NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid (Onsite M-W, WFH Thu & Fri) contract position.
SALARY: $66-$70 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Digital project experience across web + mobile
- Agile environment
- Jira + Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Project Management certification
- 7+ years of experience in an IT capacity, including apps, databases, networking, telecom/connectivity
- 5+ years in a Project Manager role
- Experience leading small-to-medium application development and infrastructure deployment projects end-to-end
- Proficient with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver all project phases (scope, schedule, risk)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead multiple medium and occasional large IT/business projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks
- Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting methodologies as needed
- Drive project execution from initiation to closure across teams
- Manage communications with sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular status updates
- Coordinate resources and manage issues, risks, and change controls using PMO tools
- Own project schedules, critical paths, deliverables, and quality standards
- Track and forecast financials, including spend versus plan and resource utilization
- Facilitate project reviews, prepare executive updates, and support audit processes
