- What You’ll Do
- Administer and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Azure, and virtualized environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, licenses, access controls, and device administration across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender, Intune, Lighthouse, Zero Trust, and other Microsoft security and compliance controls.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, connectivity, cloud, hardware, software, and mobile-device issues.
- Maintain network environments involving DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, wired and wireless connectivity, and network equipment.
- Use PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate administrative tasks, document configurations, and improve infrastructure practices.
What You Need
Required
- 10+ years of hands-on IT systems administration or infrastructure experience, including Windows Server, desktop, and network management.
- 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience administering Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Hands-on Azure and Microsoft security experience, including Microsoft Defender or related security tools.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and PowerShell scripting skills.
Preferred
- Azure or security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, or MS-102.
- Cisco Meraki, Network+, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, VLANs, routing, and mixed Windows/macOS environments.
- Experience in B2B technology consulting or IT services supporting multiple client environments.
- Familiarity with Intune, Lighthouse, backup and recovery, log management, and cloud security best practices.
