This remote contract offers the opportunity to shape business adoption, training, communications, and readiness across a complex implementation, with travel to Long Island and Boston expected later in the project. What You’ll Do
- Update the organizational change management roadmap and align activities to deployment waves.
- Assess organizational impacts and develop stakeholder engagement plans across multiple companies and business functions.
- Prepare executive and employee communications, FAQs, leadership toolkits, and deployment updates.
- Build and manage a Change Champion network while facilitating stakeholder feedback sessions.
- Own the training strategy, including audience definition, scheduling, completion tracking, and readiness measurement.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, monitor adoption, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support go-live and hypercare activities, then transition change governance and reusable OCM playbooks to internal leaders.
What You Need
Required:
- Experience leading organizational change management for complex technology or business transformations.
- Technical understanding of change management, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and process development.
- Experience working across multiple companies, locations, or business units.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence across an organization without direct authority.
- Experience measuring readiness, adoption, and change outcomes.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Long Island and Boston later in the assignment.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite.
- Salesforce transformation experience.
- Experience with M&A integration or phased deployments.
- Experience working with multiple system integrators or third-party vendors.
- Experience in construction, field services, home services, industrial services, or private equity portfolio companies.
- Experience with Boomi integrations or Appficiency.
