We are so excited to rank third on the Orlando Business Journal’s 2022 Fast 50 list! It is an honor to have been included on this prestigious list, and we congratulate all of the other companies on their tremendous growth over the past three years.
The Fast 50 list is comprised of the fastest-growing privately held companies in Central Florida. They represent many industries, including recruiting, real estate and construction, finance, technology, manufacturing, professional services, and more. The diversity and range of growth shown from these companies during a period of difficulty for many businesses, is inspirational.
Passion For People
Revenue growth is exciting, but the people we help along the way is a greater win. NextPath has placed roughly 250 people in new jobs in the past year with combined annual salaries of over $25MM. For every person we place in a new job, we make a donation to a charity of their choice as well as to the One Tree Planted foundation. We are passionate about helping people, and we take pride in putting people before business.

We have grown tremendously in the last 4 years with no signs of slowing down. Our entire team works hard, and we strive to be the best in our industry. Opening our new Dallas office and growing our recruiting team nationally contributed to our growth this year.
